There was fanfare, there was pomp. Trotting horses, the sparkly glint of tiaras. A crackerjack marching band, and a crowd giddy with anticipation.
The queen was passing by.
Wait, what? Oh, I’m sorry, not that Buckingham Palace Queen, the other one. The Indiana State Fair Queen. I can see how you would jump to the wrong conclusion, what with the titles being similar.
